XT10 Project – Visa Benefit Explanation
By purchasing any unit in the XT10 project developed by Sansiri, the buyer will be eligible to receive assistance from the developer in applying for a long-term visa.
1. Visa Application Timing
The visa can only be applied for after the project is completed (expected in Q2 2029) and once the buyer has completed the ownership transfer and received the title deed.
2. First-Year Visa Cost
The first-year visa cost includes:
* Visa fee: 27,000 THB
* Additional fees: approximately 4,000 THB
👉 Total: around 31,000 THB, fully covered by the developer (Sansiri)
3. Renewal from the Second Year Onwards
👉 The renewal cost from the second year will be borne by the buyer
