The Jewel is an exciting new mid-rise tower project located in the highly desirable Pratumnak Hill area of the city. The position near the top of the hill is an ideal one as, even though the tower is not as high as other high-rise projects in the area, the elevated position from the site still ensures that there will be good sea views from the top half of the tower.
Being situated on the corner of Kasetsin 1 and Rajchawaroon gives The Jewel an excellent location. Rajchawaroon is the main high street in the Cosy Beach area which leads down to one of the finest beaches in Pattaya, less than ten minutes’ walk away.
